Last year Target started a new craze among kitties with the popular Gingerbread House Cat Scratcher. Now for Halloween they've released a Haunted House! Since Vermont is the only state in the country without a Target we had to rely on our friends, and Jeanne at Random Felines came through for us!
Before venturing inside, I had to make sure it was constructed properly:

By the way...Target knows they've got us hooked. We've already seen a sneak peek of what they're releasing for Christmas...a revised gingerbread house, and a gift box shaped scratcher!

It seems like everyone has one! This is super cute and what I like about it is that it doesn't look like cardboard. I pretty much hate any of the cardboard houses, etc..........but this one looks like it might be better made than most.

Dat's pawsum. Weez seen these on most all our furiends bloggies. Dat's weally sumfin' dat yous whole state not have any Targets. Weez not have any wound here, but da bigger cities do have them. Enjoy yous house.

With the price and sheet volume of cardboard toys, TW should thank her lucky stars that I won’t look at cardboard scratchers or toys. She’d have a real problem with Autumn who loved them and helped keep Cat Claws in business during their early days.
Mudpie seemed to like it! It would probably go to waste on Rhette then Taffy would eat it. Love Dolly
Target is definitely on to something with these scratchers! I looked at the Target across the street from my complex, but they didn't have these. Mudpie looks like she is loving her Haunted House. She is such a cutie pie! :)
