The Sunday Post #40

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It's a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

* Happy Cinco de Mayo! Be sure to check out Tara's special message!

* It was a good sports week for me, as my favorite NASCAR driver Kevin Harvick won at Richmond last Saturday night; and congratulations to Kentucky Derby winner Orb. Will this be the year we *finally* get a Triple Crown??? I'm starting to think I'm never going to see one in my lifetime.

* I'm christening this week All-Star Week on Mochas, Mysteries and More...I'm honored to be welcoming Lizbeth Lipperman, Kathryn O'Sullivan, Lucy Burdette, Liz Mugavero, Duffy Brown, Gretchen Alter, Victoria Hamilton, and Leann Sweeney. Check back everyday for some wonderful posts!

  1. I used to read mysteries all the time. I don't read them quite as much as I used to anymore, but every once in awhile I love to dive into a great mystery.

Have you read the Flavia de Luce mysteries by Alan Bradley? They're some of my favorites.

Anyway, enjoy all your goodies and happy reading :)
