No Black Friday shopping for me, but I am going to a bazaar & bake sale on Saturday.

thanks for the fun gift. I hate shopping, so this is definitely not the day I would go shopping

I dread shopping! The only reason I'll ever go shopping is if there's a book sale or my sister's dragging me by the legs to go.

I definitely didn't do any shopping...I think I would be afraid to go out on Black Friday :)

Thanks for the chance to win!

I need more cozies!!! I might venture out later after crowds are gone, but just to do normal shopping..lol.

I'm not going out in the crowds in the morning but I need groceries later. Then, I've planned a trip to my favorite used book store Saturday. They called and told me a few books I've been looking for came in. They are such wonderful people. Can't wait to browse shelves!

I don't shop on Black Friday. I don't like it when the stores are crowded.

Robin Coxon said...

No I didn't do any Black Friday shopping. First off I am not in need of anything that bad to face the crowds of people. Second this Christmas is very limited in funds, so the items given for Christmas will be few and far between.

I do my Black Friday shopping from the safety of my own home via internet sales. ;)

I never shop on Black Friday weekend. I order online or wait until next week on the weekdays. Weekend crowds bug me. Thanks for the chance of good selections!

As for Black Friday, I stayed in and hopped instead. It's more fun to be warm and comfy when "shopping", anyway. ~SK

You and Melissa have the right idea Truffles...staying home on black Friday suits me too. In all of my 66 years I've never shopped on the day after Thanksgiving and doubt that I ever will.

We went to two stores, and only came out of one with anything, we went later and missed most of the crowds.

We did a little black Friday shopping today, but mostly we just wanted to get out of the house.

I had to work today, but even if I was off, I wouldn't do any shopping (online exclused). I did try to get an online deal I read about when I woke up-sold out at 6:30am. On the way home from work I stopped by a stand alone store to get the special black Friday bag. I saw a woman leaving the store with one...the last one. Grrr I was so mad. But I came home and was able to order it online. I had to pay for shipping, but...

I did not do any kind of Black Friday Shopping.. I spend part of it with my day today. I am just relaxing and I will enjoy my time with family rather then go black Friday shopping.

I went to Dollar Tree for some craft stuff and Safeway for some food. So technically no Black Friday shopping for me. That stuff's dangerous!
Thanks for the giveaway!

I did not, I work for an advertising company. So my job is to go to various stores like Wal-Mart, Target, ect. and place signing and such. The customers where so loud and it was CROWDED! So that def killed my shopping mood!

Hello Melissa. I never want to battle those crowds. Years ago when we were visiting my daughter here, she wanted me to go with her. It was a nightmare to me. Those people waiting at the door just ran over some people. Never even bothered to stop when they were knocked down. It's not worth it to me. I just rested after a day of visiting on Thanksgiving with my large family. Loved it tho. Thanks for the give-away. I would love to be your winner. Now it's time to put up my tree. I did some Black Friday shopping online on Amazon. I got some studio monitors and headphones for my musician boyfriend, and some books, jewelry, and an electric blanket for my mom. Most people are going to get hand made jewelry or some of my art, because I'm waaaay broke, but hey, at least I got some nice things for my SO.

I use to, but getting to old for that. My daughter and daughter-in-law loves to shop Black Friday. They left Thursday at 2:30pm and returned home Friday at 8:00am. I could never do that, even when I was younger. I give them a list and they get everything for me!!!!

I did a bit of online shopping but there really weren't many deals for the things I need.
