Screaming #SundaySelfies

Hey everybody, it's Truffles! Here at my house, the great basement purge is slowly but surely continuing to chug along. Everyday Mommy has a goal of pulling out 2-3 bags of stuff to either donate, recycle, or junk.

Earlier this week after one of many trips to the garage, Mommy returned to the door and found me looking out. Since she had her phone in her pocket she figured it would be a good chance to help me take some "through the door" selfies. When she looked at them later she discovered that in nearly every shot I had my mouth open yelling at her!

She says I have a big mouth sometimes. (I am a tortie, after all.) I was just trying to tell her to get her butt back in the house! It's a dangerous world out there!!!

    Amelia has been very unhappy as my basement clean out project began this week. Those same types of "um, excuse me" faces have been common here too!

    Mom's kitty as a kid was a Torti Siamese mix...can you imagine how she loved to talk!

    We think Truffles was screaming, "Have you learned your lesson yet?!! How many times do you need to collect and purge, collect and purge?!!" At least that is what we scream when our Mama gets ambitious and clean rooms of the unnecessary. Also, we don't like the upheaval it causes when she does it! Humans!! Ack! When will they learn?!! ;p Still, it was nice of you to act all protective and concerned for her Truffles. You are a good cat. :)
