The Purr-fect Shot

As pet bloggers we are constantly taking pictures of our beloved fur babies, always striving for the perfect shot. Eventually you come to the conclusion that it's not something you can create, it just has to happen.

Each night Mudpie and I head into our bedroom to do some reading. One night I looked over at her in her cat bed and she looked so precious. All I had on me for a camera was my iPad, the room was lit with only a single bedside table lamp...and this happened:


I'm clueless when it comes to the nuances of great photography, all I know is this is my favorite (and I think the most beautiful) picture I've ever taken. Of course I do have a pretty amazing subject to work with!!!

    Aww that's a wonderfull picture! I've had pet rats for a about two years (we lost the last of them this summer sadly) and I know what you mean with how finding the perfect shot is difficult and sometimes it just needs to happen.
