With Thanksgiving behind us all eyes are finally turning to Christmas. Truthfully, I'm ready for Christmas the day after Halloween, but I know many people don't like to even think about it until Black Friday.
Since I've been slowly decorating for the past couple weeks it's been a pretty quite and lazy weekend here at our house. Any Black Friday shopping was done online. I refuse to become a part of that craziness. I actually splurged a bit on myself, buying some things I've had my eye on for awhile, and a few things for Mudpie too, of course.
We created our Caturday Art Christmas ornament today using PhotoFaceFun, but these are real, my "Trio of Torties". Mudpie just got her ornament this week!
Have you gotten any good deals this weekend, or did you stay home and decorate?
Your ornaments are adorable! I did do some shopping and was able to find some lovely gifts (and some items for me too).
ReplyDeleteSo lovely! That first ornament image of Mudpie is so sweet. And I really love your "Trio of Torties" ornaments - they look purrfect on your tree!
ReplyDeleteAlthough I had not intention of doing any Black Friday shopping, I did end up stopping by PetSmart. I found out they had some good deals on toys and food, and I wanted to grab some to take to the local shelter animals, so that was the one Black Friday stop I made. It was worth it, though!
Oh I love all those ornaments. They are great. Mudpie's is really good. What fun to have your kitties on an ornament. Have a great day.
ReplyDeleteLove them all...just precious!
ReplyDeleteI would rather shop online too. Hate crowds :)
ReplyDeleteLove the ornaments!

ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful trio of Torites and memories. : )
ReplyDeleteCute ornaments. We avoid shopping during all times of the year, not just the holidays!
ReplyDeleteYour trio are gorgeous!!!
ReplyDeleteAnd we LOVE the Christmas photo of Mudpie!
Your ornaments are so cute and Mudpie looks so sweet. We love it :) Pawkisses :) <3
ReplyDeletelovely, lovely ornaments for sure. I never take part in Black Friday or any of the other crazy, greed oriented "special days".......
ReplyDeleteWe don't decorate for Christmas since we are Jewish. Chanukah is early this year (right around the corner), next year it falls with Christmas.

We love your torties! No decor here, we have a house filled with family!
ReplyDeleteGreat decorations!
ReplyDeleteCute ornaments. I was gonna do an ornament this week too. We leave our Christmas lights up in the kitchen all year and started lighting them before Halloween. Around here everyone uses Christmas lights to decorate their patios all year around.
ReplyDeleteJust bought a couple of cute kittie toys--mousies and the like ;-)
