We've frequently lamented the fact that Vermont is the only state in the country without a Target, so every time they release one of those pawsome cat scratchers we have to rely on our friends to get one for us. I now have a few different Halloween and Christmas scratchers which we rotate, but the newest one released this fall just might be our favorite one yet!
Mommy loves watching the old Hee Haw shows, and the minute she saw the barn scratcher that's the first thing she thought of. Our sweet friends at As the World Purrs picked one up for us and when Mommy started putting it together I couldn't wait to get inside! I didn't even give her time to secure the tabs before I hopped in (which is why it looks like it might fall apart at any minute!)
We have one more picture to show you from this photo session but we're saving it to celebrate Tock-Tober tomorrow. I can only imagine how embarrassing this is going to be...

Looks comfy! Reminds us of when TBT was constructing the cat tree and we kept jumping on every level as fast as he could assemble them! MOL!
And even better, Skeeter told Ayla about the 1st time TBT put out a hummingbird feeder. While he stood outside deciding where to put it, a hummer showed up out of nowhere and fed from the one he was holding at his side! After that, he decided it wasn't too important where he hung it.
Mudpie, I can tell you really love your new barn! I'm waiting for my human to get me one - can you believe she went to Target last week, and she forgot to look?!

No Target!!! Oh my gosh, you poor kitty. We have three within 15 minutes of us and my assistant may have a slight addiction to Target! Love the new barn!

That's pretty cool. We have Targets all around here, but we would just order one of those online. We ordered the one at Christmas time last year that you posted about and the kitties loved it.
Our mom is going to Target today and look for the very cool looking barn scratcher! You look so cute in yours, Mudpie!

Great job raising your barn, Mudpie! You are so cute. I'm glad that you have been able to find a way to get these even though you don't have a Target. How weird that there are no Targets in your state! There is one within walking distance from me. I look forward to your Tocktober post!
