My human says that next time she has room for a kitty, she is going to get one from Samantha Martin, the Acro-Cats human! Samantha rescues kittens all over the country when the Acro-Cats are on tour. That way, she can both get a rescue cat, and one that is hyper-socialized.
Mom always adopts shelter or rescue kitties, and has gotten a shelter dog in the past. You have to do what works for you and the three of us come from very reputable breeders. There is nothing wrong with that either.
