You know how Mommy is always griping about how picky I am? Well I showed her that I would eat just fine if she would only offer me the right things!

I look a little sheepish in the picture, don't I? I don't know what I have to be embarrassed about...I think Mommy is the one who should be making better food choices!
Note from Mommy: We are not advocating ice cream and Cheez Whiz as an appropriate part of a cat's diet. Mudpie simply enjoyed both foods when I allowed her to lick my finger, and I found it very funny given how fussy she is.

We have seen Mom with that Cheez Whiz in a squirt can. We want some! We did get some of her chicken tonight! Kirby kept pawing her arm hoping she would drop more!

You are lucky, Mudpie - I never get to have licks of fun food! I barely get tastes of salmon when the humans are eating it.
Bear loves turkey cat food ... but give him a little leftover turkey after Thanksgiving? Nope. He's not having it. He'll lick butter and ice cream ... but no cheese. And Kitty? She had a thing for produce ... not to eat ... just to rub up all over. It was vaguely pornographic (or what I imagine would pass for it)!

As Garfield showed the world, a fat cat becomes a picky cat...the body is telling the cat it's eaten too much already, so the cat eats only when it can answer its body, "But I may never get another chance to eat THIS!"
(Heather and Tickle aren't picky eaters; if they reject regular cat food, it really is unfit for consumption. Fortunately, they're not lactose-intolerant either. They always clean ice cream containers thoroughly.)

HAH! TW gave Nicky vanilla ice cream once and he frew up. Of course he had been eating ham before then so the peeps joke about vanilla ice cream with ham chunks.
You probably made eating these treats look very good so Mudpie needed to try some too :)

Oh, Mudpie! I don't think that anyone can resist ice cream. It's great that you are branching out and showing your Mommy which things you like. I hope you find something healthy soon!
