There's a school of thought that bloggers shouldn't post 7 days a week. We completely understand that most people aren't able to read a lengthy blog post every single day, plus it's impossible to sufficiently promote so many posts. Still, since Mommy can talk about cats all day long we just have too many ideas at this point to cut back. Maybe one day, but not now.
A few days each week we do try to present less wordy posts, but this week we seemed to be extra chatty. Looking back at the week though we noticed that each post touched on our favorite blogging themes. The entire week is the epitome of what makes us who we are and what we love presenting through our little blog. There was a Tortie Shorties book review accompanied by one of my famous interviews, a pawsome rescue story, adorable pictures of moi, a new edition of The Purrfect 10 (a series we enjoy researching and writing so much), and finally a post for all the stylish cat ladies out there.
Whether you visit us every day or a few times a week, we appreciate your friendship and support so much!

Even though I do post every day, I try to make some of them more photo and less word oriented. Not only does it give my human a break, it gives my readers one too!
We love visiting you every day, and we never get bored or tired of your posts. We wanted to make sure you knew that, Mudpie and Melissa! We also post every day, and also try to vary up the length of our posts. Now, as for you selfie, Mudpie, it's gorgeous! Then again, you're always gorgeous. Purrs!

Gorgeous selfie. One must have words sometimes. We try to keep the print large as most but not all people are pictue oriented. Have noticed this from our FB page. But whatever you do we always look forward to seeing and reading you and Mudpie's adventures, internal or external whenever we can!

We used to post every day but when Eric died we didn't post as often. My mum used to like to make mini stories from the photos she took of us in the fields. She continued for a while with just me, but when I became ill she cut back to 3 times a week so she could spend more time concentrating on me. Now she has health issues too, my dad takes her out more so she can enjoy herself and we only post twice a week now.

That was a great selfie! And I am glad you post every day, I always enjoy your posts. I like to post daily too for the same reason, I ( Phoebe too) always have lots to talk about involving cats.
I've cut back in posting, but I think that if you have the content to post, there is no problem with posting every day! You consistently have great quality posts. And of course who doesn't want to see adorable Miss Mudpie!

Mudpie we get by everyday but just don't always have time to comment. Plus Mom has been having lots of ups & downs and there are days she just can barely manage to do the things she must do. But, she knows that is the way it is with everyone. I don't know why there would be any reason NOT to blog daily if you want to, Mom tries to put our photos out there everyday.
What a pretty photo! And I agree with what others have said here. You need to do what feels right for you--it is your blog after all! I only post 4 times per week now, and most of my posts are pretty darn wordy. But that's probably because I'm a writer. I can't help myself! But I wouldn't want to say everyone should do what I does. It works for me, and that's good enough for me.

And wes tries to post 4 days a week, that's because of Mommy's work schedule...wes also had to cuts back to commenting only on the blogs that comments on out posts-though we does read many more blogs each day (usually in bed on the tablet and its really hard to type on those little buttons on the tiny screen!)
