Sunday Afternoons At Our House

Meows from Mudpie!

This picture was taken on Sunday afternoon when I was napping while Mommy watched her NASCAR race. I got in the spirit by curling up with my race car toy.


And this picture was taken a few hours later following Mommy's bloody murder screech after her driver Kevin Harvick won yet again. I was not impressed.


Seriouslies, Mommy...he's won 7 races so far this year. Is it really that exciting anymore?!?!?!

Note from Mommy: Yes, Mudpie, because this season is one for the history books. All the talk in the NASCAR world is about "The Big Three": Harvick, Kyle Busch, and Martin Truex Jr. who have combined to win 15 of the first 20 races of the year. If you think I'm bad now wait until the Race for the Championship starts in September!!!

    Mudpie, you're all comfy, cozy in that box...on top of your toys! Tell you mom that I visited Indianapolis Motor Speedway last month, and got a bus ride for one lap, and kissed the BRICKS!

    Not even TW screams when the Yankees win—even the World Series. OK, maybe the WS. Your mom's scream scared me half to death. I thought a woofie in the hall had gotten one of the cats.
