Happy Birthday, Grandpa!

Meows from Mudpie!

It's a very special day at my house because it's my Grandpa's birthday!!! I love my Grandpa SO much, and he loves me! His lap is one of my very favorite places to be.

As you may remember, he was never really a "cat guy" - he just accepted that cats would always be around because of my Mommy and grandma's love for us - until the tortie trio of Tara, Truffles and now me came into his life. Now he's even more protective of me than Mommy is! Just look at this collage of pictures...you can clearly see that I adore my grandpa and the feeling is mutual!

    BTW, a fascinator is one of those little accent hats, like the royals wear to weddings and other formal events. They also make cool cat hats.

    Happy birthday to your Grandpa. Mudpie, every time we see you, we see some marking or coloring that we missed before. I bet I could stare at you for hours appreciating your gorgeous tortie furs - and it wouldn't get boring.
    I guess that's part of being tortie-licious!
