And now our weekly answers for the Friendly Fill-Ins challenge, hosted by 15andmeowing and Four-Legged Furballs!

Mudpie's answers:

1. Looking back, finding myself homeless back in 2015 is the best thing that ever happened to me. Mommy and I never would've found each other otherwise!

2. Hours and hours of quality nap time is a treat I give to myself.

Mommy's answers:

3. A new skill I want to learn is basic sewing. I worked on a craft project at our family gathering on New Years Day and my sewing attempts are embarrassing.

4. One bad habit I want to stop is biting my nails. Unfortunately I've done it all my life.

  4. I too am a nail-biter, but discovered that having nail tips put on is a way to learn to stop it! Sure, it feels really odd, and you'll scratch yourself with those talons, but learning to care for them, rubbing cream on your hands, helps keep me from biting to the quick! After years of nail tips, I now just get regular manicures (organic, no toxic chemicals or tested on animal products!), and I keep my nails short.

  5. Very pretty art Miss Mudpie. Thank you both for these great fill-in answers. I have always been a nail biter too :) I bet you can find some sewing classes near you. I can only use my machine to make catnip mats, but that is all I need it for :) Have a nice weekend! With lots of naps. XO

  7. Your art is just so lovely! You know, being homeless brought us together with our mom, too. It was bad when it happened, but now we're all lucky kitties!

  8. Sweet down home country Christmas art, MP. TW has been biting her nails over the last 2 years. Sorry, she's a bi-atch and told me to say that.

  10. How lovely! It looks as if you were inside a dolls' house, gazing out at the snow, Mudpie!

  11. You look so wintry and festive, Mudpie, and we love it! And thank you both for joining in on the Friendly Fill-Ins! Isn't it strange how things work themselves out, Mudpie? You went from homeless to living the dream! We're so glad you and your mommy found each other. And oh my goodness, yes to learning basic sewing skills. I still have to give basic sewing repairs to my mom, because I'm just that terrible. I really should remedy that. Warm wishes!
