Mommy's answers:
1. My favorite kind of music is '70s and '80s country. Conway first and foremost. That's hardly a secret!
2. My ideal day is spent hanging out at home with Mudpie, reading, listening to music and watching TV.
Mudpie's answers:
3. I don't believe there are people out there who don't like torties. It's true! Mommy has heard shelter workers say torties don't get adopted as quickly as other cats because people think our color patterns are ugly and believe the silly negative stereotypes about our personalities. Blasphemy!
4. Don't let a fear of failing stop you from going after what you want. Especially if it's more treats or extra time on your human's lap. Most likely they will be helpless to turn you down!

Good fill ins from you and your mom, and pretty art too.
Mudpie, you're a Tortie just like I am, and who doesn't love to read "Green Eggs and Ham"? Oh, and in response to Mudpie's answer (#3): dad told me to say "Eff all y'all!"
That is a sweet picture and we thought you did a great job of celebrating Saturday Art together with Dr. Seuss today We missed it alas!
Those are terrific answers you two and we think torties are pretty special Mudpie! Love your art too!
Torties are definitely special, Mudpie.
Torties are beautiful and so is your art. Happy Dr Seuss Day!
We love your Seussian art and great fill ins

Torties rock! Shelter workers should know better and dispel the myths - I think we all should dispel the myths - Torties are a force of nature, they have tortitude, but they are some of the smartest and most loving and loyal cats I have ever known.

xoxo,
Matilda (& Matt)
You are one gorgeous Tortie, Mudpie. And a super Dr. Seuss reader to boot. Happy Dr. Seuss day.
Happy Dr. Seuss Day! Thank you both for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. I can't believe anyone would think tortie color patterns are ugly, I think they are all beautiful. And I love tortitude. I knew what your answer for # 1 would be :) Have a nice weekend. XO
I love your fill-in. Yes we all love torties.

You lucky girl to get those Seuss toys! I was browsing an online store not too long ago and came across the same toys. I pawmarked the page hoping Mom would visit it and order ones for me. I hope you have lots of fun with yours! Kisses. -Valentine & Kerry) of Noir Kitty Mews
Happy Dr. Seuss Day ! Purrs
We’d love to see those toys after Mudpie got done with them. :)
Hate to tell you, MP, but Pop was one of those peeps who thought torties weren't the best looking. He thought Isabel was ugly until he saw her in purrson. Now one of his fave blogging cats is a tortie. Seriously, your mom liked Conway Twitty??? I thought her perfect day would be watching NASCAR. TW would prolly have said her's would be spent at Yankee Stadium watching them win.
You and Mom always have great answers, Mudpie. And we love your Seussian art!
Thanks for participating in the blog hop. We think torties are beautiful. Mommy has had several in her life, Lady Bea was one of the most gorgeous cats ever and Dingo was a very loving kitty. Mommy still misses them both.
Happy (belated) Dr. Seuss Day! We bet those fun and festive toys were a blast, Mudpie. And you both did purrfectly on the Friendly Fill-Ins! My ideal day sounds nearly identical to yours. There is nothing better than staying home with our furry family, reading, watching TV, and all around vegging out. That would be the most purrfect day ever. Mudpie, you're right about those who don't like torties. It's utter blasphemy!
Excellent answer on number 4, Mudpie. Paws up! More Pawkisses🐾😽💞
