1. Excess people stress me this time of year. You know how the Grinch complains about all the noise, noise, noise? To me it's all the people, people, people. Crowds and I don't do well together. And that statement that the holidays makes people friendlier couldn't be further from the truth. It makes them crazier than ever, at least those I come into contact with.
2. My favorite holiday film is Muppet Christmas Carol.
3. If you ask me, Christmas music and lights make this season merry and bright.
4. Certain Christmas decorations bring back memories.

That art could be the cover of your big hit Christmas CD, MP! I like it. TW said it was crazy in Shoprite today. They had to wait in line a half hour to check out which is ok with me since they had been told the fresh rotisserie chickens would be ready in 25 min. While Pop waited on line, TW went back and got one. Yum.
Mom agrees about the people and she would add traffic to that statement. She hates holiday traffic.
Our mom is totally in agreement with you on all but #3. She hates crowds, which is why she dislikes the mall anytime of the year. She doesn’t like the noise either. The Muppet Christmas Carol is one of Mom and I's fav xmas movies too! I hope I get to watch it with her before her and Dad leave on their trip to spend xmas at Grandma and Grandpa's house. Luvs.
I love how the hues in this festive masterpiece so purrfectly match your tortie furs, Mudpie. And your fill-ins are fantastic! Oh my goodness, yes, all the people this time of year leads to so much stress. I am not one for small talk and all that jazz, so going into stores and being stopped by people or getting chatted at by cashiers is just no fun. And I also have tons of Christmas decorations, especially ornaments, that always bring back memories. My grandma is known for giving ornaments as gifts, and so I have tons of them from my childhood. Purrs!
