Meows from Mudpie!
It's a freebie week in the Mewsic Moves Me blog hop and we thought it might be fun to take a look at some Mardi Gras/New Orleans themed country songs.
Since every mewsic post must start with Conway - Mommy's law - she wanted me to show you her cool Mardi Gras doubloons that came out in 1994 to honor him.
Jambalaya is a classic Hank Williams Sr. song, this is Conway's version from a 1970 concert in Oslo, Norway.

ReplyDeleteWhat fun songs for Mardi Gras! I might stuff my face full of extra food tomorrow, but other than that I'm not much of a Mardi Gras person. You sure look stylish for Mardi Gras, Mudpie! I wish I could get some of my furbabies to agree to wear beads, but they all rejected that suggestion. Purrs!
