I have been outside on our doorstep( a ramp really) and I liked it, but I love being indoors with mum too!!!

Outdoors is nice, but indoors, safe and loved is even better, Mudpie! And Mom Melissa, that's 100% normal. All cat moms and dads feel that kind of love for their kitties. :)
