January Retro Country Rewind #MewsicMovesMe

It's been a couple years since we premiered our mewsic feature "Retro Country Rewind," a look back at favorite songs that hit #1 during that month from 30, 35, 40 plus years ago. I adore every one of these songs and honestly don't have a favorite (after Conway, of course.)

    Another wonderful concert from you, Mudpie and Melissa! I'm pretty sure I'm going to have Dolly's 9 to 5 stuck in my head for at least the next 12 hours, but I really don't mind. Purrs!

    What are the odds that you and I would pick the same song? Pretty rare, wouldn't you say? But, I also went with Rosanne Cash "Never Be You" as one of my picks. Isn't that just wild or what? lol Thanks for joining the 4M crew on the dance floor, furriends!

    You asked for a favorite, and Dolly Parton's 9 to 5 will always be that for me - she is such a talented songwriter and singer. In second place would be Roxanne Cash's song. Guess the 80's was a good time for country, in addition for rock. Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com
