Noisy neighbors are in aggravation without a doubt Mudpie. Our closest neighbor has built a miniature motocross track and they use it a lot. I only wish kitty cats could shoot death Rays at the wheels of those noisy motorcycles.
My mom detests noisy neighbor too. One of the worst experiences was a German shepherd out all the time barking 7-24. Mom couldn't even sit on her own deck.

Neighbours seem to think they are entitled to treat the rest of the world like something on the bottom of your shoe. They are nasty and hateful.
