Meows from Mudpie!
I feel like our feral friend Mo is taking over MY blog, but Mommy wanted me to share these pictures.
There's a fence between our driveway and our neighbor's house with a beautiful vine growing on it. A couple weeks ago we noticed Mo had made himself a little bed underneath it!
This fence is right outside our kitchen window, so Mommy can keep an eye on him, and Mo can keep an ear out for Mommy's food delivery! (These pictures were taken through the glass door because as soon as Mommy opens the door he goes into hiding.)
Mo left Mommy a gift in his new bed too...tufts of his fur!!! Mommy was SO excited when she found this. (It was kind of ridiculous. I give her fur by the handful and she doesn't squeal with delight!) She says she was happy to find it because it's the only way she's ever going to know what he feels like.
Now each day she looks under the fence for more Mo fur to add to her collection. She's hoping to gather enough to put in a Christmas ornament this year!

Dearest Melissa,
Oh, Mudpie ought not to feel jealous because of this feral soul who is looking for shelter and food.
Imagine in the rain and cold....
Him shedding that much fur is not a healthy sign...
Hugs,
Mariette + Kitties

I think mom is going to have a new kitty soon. Just saying.
Have a purrfect day and rest of the week, Mudpie. My best to your mom. ♥
Mo must be preparing his nest for the winter cold. And that fur will help to keep him warm amidst the leaves. No worries, Mudpie - you are still at the top of Mom's list.

We're so grateful your Mom is helping our Mo, Mudpie. XO
I know you might not agree, Mudpie, but I'm so happy that Mo has a wonderful lady like your mom to look after him. He knows where he can find food and a cozy place to rest, and he's so blessed to have that. I hope you're proud of your mom for being so kind and compassionate, Mudpie! Purrs to all of you!
I am sorry for Mo, being feral, but glad your mother cares and is willing to do what she can for him.
Mo is such a lovely kitty and can be a good compagnion for you too, sweet Mudpie. Did your mommy let you sniff the fur? We're sure he'll make his entrance to your door, just wait and see😸😸Thank you for stopping by our bloggie to celebrate our 2nd Gotcha Day with us🎉Double Pawkisses for a happy weekend to all of you🐾😽💞
