Who's going shopping today? As you're reading this, Mommy and I are most likely still snuggling in bed. Any Christmas shopping we do today will be online. As Mommy says, it's way too peopley out there!

Our photo fails this month were taken while Mommy was trying to help me take some selfies. There was a weird light on the wall, caused either by Mommy's watch or her phone, and it was very distracting!

1. I can't wait to have pecan pie and stuffing on Thanksgiving. (Individually, not together MOL!)

2. Our Christmas tree goes up Veterans Day weekend.

3. I'd like to create a gingerbread house for Christmas one of these years. Don't think I have the patience (or talent) for it though!

4. I prefer to shop at TJ Maxx, HomeGoods and Marshalls when buying new Halloween and Christmas decor.

Typically November is our cloudiest month of the year, but this year hasn't been bad at all! In fact, most mornings I'm still able to soak up some rays at my back door. 

I know winter is lurking right around the corner so I'm not complaining about the bonus sunny days!

Mommy snapped this picture of our feral boy Mo over the weekend. She's been feeding him for over 10 years now (she's actually known him longer than she's known me!) and he's just started looking in the door for her.

 

Mommy loves him so, so much, and worries herself sick over him, especially in the winter now that he's older. Her greatest wish is that one day he'll feel safe and decide to move in with us.

She hasn't asked my opinion on this topic, but I guess we'll cross that bridge if (and when) we come to it.

Last week I took my selfie inside a paper bag and planned to stay there until the election was over.

Is it safe to come out now?

(Incidentally, Mommy had the "nerve" to express her feelings about the election outcome on her own FB page and as of this writing has 14 fewer so-called "friends" including her aunt. Reason #34,546 she prefers cats to people.)

1. Christmas is not complete until I watch Muppet Christmas Carol. I always intend to watch it early in the season but end up not getting to it until the last minute. Maybe this year will be different! 

2. I plan to put up my Christmas tree early next week.

3. Owning a cat cafe is my dream job.

4. I wish I could remove ever having to leave the house from my daily routine. Errands must be run, and I especially love going shopping this time of year, but as soon as I'm around people my blood pressure starts to rise.
